Imagine this tough scenario we hear at The Good Samaritian Family Services  much too often...

No electricity.  At first I had the kids pretending we were camping.  That was the first day.  Then came the weekend.  Still no power.  Another cold dinner.  No baths.  No heat.  No lights. No milk.   I’m tired, the kids are cranky.  I’ve called for help.  No one calls back.  I’m desperate!
