Our young ladies deal with more than you can imagine. As the mother of a now 18 year old daughter, founder Bex has always had a strong relationship with her daughter. She knew first hand what her daughters peers were dealing with and wanted to create a way to help. As a former teen mom raised in poverty, Bex has experienced her fair share of disadvantages throughout her life. Her goal has always been to survive the storm and go back and save others just like her.
The G Code may not save everyone that attends, but the goal is to equip the young ladies with advice from the personal experience of women and men older than them in hopes that they will know how to handle certain situations.
Topics discussed are, but not limited to, sex, relationships, social media, personal hygiene, mental health, parenting, school and so much more. The forum is 100% confidential and nonjudgmental. We strive to create a comfortable and safe haven for the young girls that attend.
COST FOR EVENT:
Ages 12-19 are free and covered by donations. Adults that would like to attend are $10.
WHO CAN ATTEND:
We ask that parents drop their children off and not attend the event so the young ladies feel comfortable during discussion. The event is for teenage girls 12-19. Age exceptions can be made depending on circumstances.
WHERE IS THE EVENT:
The event is based out of Atlanta, GA. but we look forward to taking it to any city interested! The next event is scheduled to be hosted in Nashville, TN. at the end of the year.
