The Child Orphans of Uganda

Donation protected
How many of you have said "I'm starving"? I'm sure you all have I used to years ago until I was reprimanded and reminded I was famished but that I had never starved a day in my life.
They say Starvation is one of the most painful ways to die because it is the most extreme form of malnutrition and can take quite a while causing permanent organ damage and eventual death.
Witnessing children who are virtually undergoing starvation is heart wrenching. It makes you feel absolutely and completely helpless. Today was one of those days. Today I went to visit an orphanage in Kiboga, Uganda one of three I've visited in Uganda. This one is roughly 100 miles from the Congo border and has 400 children primarily from Rwanda. I came across a little boy who was lying on the side of the dirt laden road. He had been sent home from the school as he was feeling ill because he of malaria. In 2015 half a million died from malaria on the African continent. I said to stop the car and got out grabbed my backpack and took out the malarone/malaria medication. I gave the boy a tablet and 3 more to take home which I told the driver to translate and explain to the little boy to take one a day after his meal. But as they get only one bowl of porrdige a day I wondered if there would be a meal. Anyway I also gave him a bottle of water with an electrolyte tablet dissolved in the water for him to drink as he was extremely dehydrated. I hope he will make it?
When we got to the school some 400 yards from that point then my eyes witnessed 400 small children many with malaria and amongst other diseases such as schistomaisis (also known as snail fever, is a disease caused by parasitic flatworms called schistosomes. The urinary tract or the intestines may be infected. Signs and symptoms may include abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool, or blood in the urine. It causes the distended belly in small children).  There is also scurvy, dysentery, jaundice and many other subsaharan tropical diseases.
You want to run and hide in a hole but you cannot. I am called Mr. Mizungu which is Mr. White Man. When the children see me coming they are chanting it over and over again "Mizungu, Mizungu, Mizungu" and smiling and clamoring to touch you and be near you. They are surviving on one bowl of porridge a day which means their bodies are slowly starving to death. Some have bloated bellies. It's the most painful thing to witness a hungry child close to dying and you can't do a damn thing about it. They cannot eat regular food they wouldn't be able to digest it so porridge is all they can swallow.
If there is a hell then I witnessed that day! These innocent children who have very little hope and are merely biding time. The boy I came across was a lucky one at least I gave him some medication to hopefully abate the onset of malaria. The others go without and only the strong will survive.
The plan is to help them become self-sustainable. We have already found a plot of 10 acres of very rich agricultural land that they can grow a wonderful assortment of vegetables and fruits so that they can eventually be self-sustainable and not continually rely on meager donations. I am pleading with you as you know me very well that I will put myself in harm's way for these children lives. So I am asking for your help in whatever you can afford to donate. Child's lives matter everywhere on our only planet. Thank you and God Bless the children. Please share and keep sharing. These children are running out of time.

Atop of the Ghadafi Mosque a 360 degree birds eye view of the city of Kampala. Very dense with a population of 1.6 million. There are 3 major slum/ghetto regions consisting of one with Somalian refugees and the other 2 with Ugandan and Ethiopians.

The 2nd largest mosque on the African continent totally funded by the deposed leader of Libya, Muammar Ghadafi and took 3 years to build finished in 2006. The best engineers from Egypt and designers from Morocco were sent to build it. The mosque's seating capacity is 35,000

This is crazy just reported two days ago! I found out exactly why. This article is misleading and only half true. The reason why is that the corruption in the government here is relentless. The money by Zuckerberg and Gates was sent to do good but has to go through the government hands. So that means they basically take most of the money and it trickle downs. So you have teachers that haven't been paid in 4 months how the hell are they supposed to live so of course they quit teaching or won't show up to work. Once again Government corruption is strife and it seems more and more. Does it remind you of anything?

Uganda is shutting down 63 schools backed by Zuckerberg and Gates
The schools, attended by 12,000 students, are to close immediately in the middle of the school term.
