T.C. Jester Disc Golf Park tee pads

Hello! My name is Travis Guerra, I am a Boy Scout in BSA troop 20.  As a part of obtaining my eagle scout rank, I am organizing a project, in association
with the Houston Flying Disc Society, to put in concrete tee pads at T. C. Jester Disc Golf Park.

T. C. Jester Park is home to a very nice disc golf course that has one flaw: the tee pads (where you throw your disc from).  They are simply dirt patches that have been worn in over many years of use. I plan to make new concrete tee pads to replace the dirt ones.  These new pads will keep your feet dry if you decide to play after a rain.  In the current state of the park, water will sit and stay for several days.  The new tee pads will improve grip as well as provide an aesthetic improvement to the park.  (The tee pads will be for the white tees or beginner tees for this project.)
