Save My Mom from Eviction

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love my Mom. Since moving back to Long Beach a little over a year ago, my mom has had to deal with less than ideal roommates just to maintain status quo.
   To be completely honest, I don't feel comfortable telling anyone how bad it got. She does not have someone to pay rent this upcoming month... I can't help her financially more than I already am.

Anything would help. I want to avoid her eviction and move towards her independence.
