LishaBora Supporting More Farmers

What we're fundraising for: We provide support to small-holder dairy farmers in the Kiambu, Kenya region with necessary resources such as lab analysis data on their feeds, milk production trending, and by supplying fodder we produce.  In order to help more farmers, we need to build a larger greenhouse as well as will perform further lab testing.  Many farmers are currently feeding a mixture of dry ingredients, many of which are severely low in quality and are generally unknown in nutrient composition.  We're trying to shift the environment to allow farmers a better choice for their cows to be healthy and produce more milk, while tailoring the feeding regime to include fodder and reduce the dependency on the wide range of dry ingredients fed. 
What we're doing: Team LishaBora will be running half-marathon and 10 km races on October 25th in Nairobi, Kenya in support of our fundraising campaign.
What you get: Every donor will receive an update on our greenhouse project by end of the year as well as data showing impact to the farmers we work to support.
