Swiss living in Puerto Rico

I am a Swiss living with my family  in Puerto Rico and have been very lucky to survive Hurrican Maria without great loss! Everyday on my way to work and on TV i see the devastation in this beautiful country and all the people suffering from this tragic event. My Mother in Law stays during the day at a nursing home while me and my wife are working.  At this place there are so many elderly living without help from their familys and many have not even a clean mattres after the flooding of the house. With the money i would like to buy new mattreses, medicine and probably even a generator for the fridges and waterpump! Help is needed as soon as possible, and it would bring so much relieve to those living in poor environment and holding up to every little thing they receive! I will post photos of the people you will help with your money so you can see the smile on the faces after two weeks of suffering! Thank you very much, every dollar helps to get a little bit further on making puerto rico a better place again !

Liebe Freunde ueberall auf der Welt. Wir haben Hurrikan Maria Privat als auch im Geschaeft ohne groessere Verluste ueberlebt! Den meisten Leuten hier in Puerto Rico ist es leider nicht so gut ergangen, deshalb versuchen wir mit diesen Spenden das Leid das wir jeden Tag auf unserem Weg zur Arbeit sehen, ein bisschen zu lindern. Besonders die aelteren Leute, welche keine Unterstuetzung von Familienmitgliedern erhaten, geht es besonders schlecht. Viele haben nach den Ueberflutungen keine trockene Matratze, es fehlt an Medikamenten, Wasser und Strom. Mit dem Geld versuchen wir, diesen Leuten in unserer naeheren Umgebung mit fuer uns selbstverstaendlichen Sachen zu helfen. Jeder Dollar zaehlt um aus diesem Land wieder eine wunderschoene lebenswerte Insel zu machen! Vielen herzlichen Dank an Euch alle die bereits gespendet haben.

As soon as why are able to withdraw money from the account we will contact the people at the nursery home to see who needs matresses, medicine and daly hygienic products. Then we go to buy the products and if we have enough money the generator and will post pictures with the products, the beneficiary a the amount spent with all the details!
