Sweet Laila's Mighty Fight!

Now that we have some answers, the time has come to share our sweet Laila's story.
For those who don't know me, allow me to first introduce myself. Jamie and I met in the 3rd grade at Concordia Lutheran and have been the best of friends since! We have been there for each other in good times & bad, and with Jamie's permission, I am now reaching out for help during this most difficult time.
Last week, sweet Laila Grace was diagnosed with Leukemia. She is 4 1/2 years old. They have just begun her Chemotherapy treatment. She is currently in the Children's hospital in San Antonio with a wonderful team of doctors working with her. She has a very long road of her, and as of right now, will be in the hospital indefinitely.
Here's where you can help! Laila's Daddy is self employed, and of course he isn't leaving his baby girl's side any time soon. So, he will be taking an indefinite amount of time off of work. There are still bills that need to be paid. Medical bills are beginning to roll in. Laila's amazing parents haven't left her side, meaning having to purchase meals in the cafeteria or pick up food. It all adds up quickly.
If you are in a position to help financially, it would be so greatly appreciated. No amount is too small! A $5 donation is a meal!
You can also help by sharing this post/account! So many people love this family, let's get this out there and viral! With all they are facing, if we can relieve any of the financial burdens at all, I know it would be so graciously appreciated!
And last, but very not least, they can use all the PRAYER they can get! The power of prayer is amazing and we serve an AWESOME God I know will place his healing hands over this sweet baby girl.
