Grandma's Mission Angels has teamed up with Kelly Preissig to raise monies for a trust fund for the children left behind.
On Friday, April 13, 2018 Susan Hansen-Marshall went home to be with the Lord. Sue had been diagnosed with breast and bone cancer at the end of December2017. She saw a bone specialist in mid March who told her not to travel for the next few years. Sue passed away one month after that visit. Sue is a widow and her children Dylan and Victoria were her entire world. Sue was taken so quickly that she had not had time to even process or plan things before she passed away.
Her son Dylan is autistic and requires special services and extra care and both children were active in community sports, especially swimming. It is important that these two children maintain as normal of a life as possible after losing their one parent. I am trying to raise $50,000.00 so that Dylan and Victoria can maintain whatever everyday activities they are involved in and receive counceling they might require.
Sue dedicated her life to serving others. The citizens of Montgomery County are indebted to her as she placed her life on the line to protect theirs.
