Supporting Kaila

On Jan 26, our sweet, beautiful Makaila was rushed by ambulance and admitted to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV with symptoms that eventually led doctors to believe she has some type of auto immune disorder. Though they have yet to determine an exact cause of her symptoms. She has had chest pains, joint pain, shortness of breath, headaches, blindness, confusion and many more painful and debilitating symptoms. After having numerous tests and MRIs revealing there is fluid in the sac around her heart and that at some point she has suffered 2 small strokes, doctors have decided to transfer her to a specialist in Pittsburg where they will insert a chest tube to drain the fluid from around her heart and continue to treat her symptoms all while testing to determine the root cause of her symptoms. As one can imagine, traveling to Morgantown, and soon Pittsburg, to be with our precious daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, and cousin is going to be expensive. Any help you are willing to give could not only provide gas and meals for Makaila's family to be by her side but could also help with the medical bills that are piling up as the days creep by with still no answers and seemingly endless testing. Prayers are very much appreciated for Makaila's full recovery and to guide the hands and minds of the doctors in charge of her care.
