Supporting local children in need

In 2018 I will be taking part in a minimum of 5 running events starting with the Angus Half Marathon in April, followed by Dundee, Perth, Aberdeen and Tough Mudder. I’m doing this to raise funds for 3 charitable groups in Dundee supporting local children in need.
The Archie Foundation Tayside are raising funds to build a new children’s theatre here in Dundee. They want every child from Tayside to have the best possible facilities when they need an operation with world-class spaces for them and their worried families.
Help for Kids support local children in the Tayside area who are vulnerable due to social and economic situations or due to poor health or disability.
Lochie Wightman was diagnosed stage four neuroblastoma when he was just eight months old. Since October 2017 he’s had chemotherapy, blood transfusions, surgery, and a stem cell transplant. He has another six months of treatment to go. Money raised will support his parents with their costs while caring for him in Edinburgh Sick Kids Hospital.
