We the Niagara Falls Airbnb Association are looking for your support.
We are passionate hosts who open up their homes to travelers of the world.
Local bylaws in the Falls are threatening to end short term vacation rentals in our region.
We seek to raise money to pay for our legal expenses against a very well funded City of Niagara Falls.
We feel it is unfair and unjust to be told what we can and can’t do with our own properties.
Most of us do this to make ends meet and help subsidize our living expenses.
We hope to be successful here also to help other regions around the world who are or will be going through the same issues with local governments.
Please share with is what you can We need to raise the money for legal fees and other related costs to defend our right to host. I Sean will be withdrawing the money as we get it and paying our lawyer the initial retainer of $5000.00 and the estimate for the rest of the legal fees is up to $20,000 for the appeal alone. We also must hire a city planner to help with the case.
