** Please follow @Jadebrittanyblog on Instagram to get updated information on Londons Journey.** ** Hello All, For those of you who dont know Londons story, she was born into this world at just shy of 24 weeks. With the support of an amazing medical team, family and friends, she was able to overcome all the obstacles that were on her road to recovery in the NICU. Most recently London was admitted into Surrey Memorial for Pneumonia, then transferred to Childrens hospital where they did some tests and found Parainfluenza. She was in intensive care but was getting better so moved into the paediatric ward, where a few days later she took a turn for the worst, she was moved back down to ICU, and London was needed to be sedated and put on life support, in critical condition. She is on the maximum support right now in the paediatric intensive care unit. Jade, her husband Cody and family are there supporting their little London, however with Jade not being able to stay in the Ronald McDonald House, the financial burden of hotel stays, food, and parking can add up quickly. These funds are going to help the financial burden of hotels, parking and time off from work to be there for London. London has fought since day one and continues to fight through every obstacle. Even If you are unable to donate, please pray and send all the positive energy to London.

Update: The urgent care specialist was called into London’s room last night, and they spoke with Jade and Cody about how critically ill London is, and that she is at a higher risk of passing away. Her blood pressure dropped very low last night and they told them that if her heart stopped they most likely wouldn’t be able to resuscitate her. But her saturation’s came back and she stayed stable all night long. She is on a minute to minute, hour to hour basis right now. She is the sickest child in British Columbia right now. But Jade and Cody aren’t losing hope, and we can’t lose hope. London is a little fighter, she has proved it time and time again and she will prove it again! Thank you for your contributions at this time.

***update***
London has recently contracted another strain of influenza which is haemophilus. She was set to receive a procedure called ECMO, which would assist in oxygenating her blood via a machine, however due to the brain bleeds London suffered at birth , it puts her at a high risk for potential brain damage. At this point her medical team have decided not to move forward with this procedure due to the risk, however she has been taking off her current ventilation system and moved to the "jet", which is a higher powered ventalation system. At this point Jade, cody and their family are hoping this will have a positive change for London. Please keep her in your prayers and positive energy.
