Support for Kolton and Brooklyn

It is due to unfortunate circumstances that our family, Kolton Dushanek and Brooklyn Cummerford are in need of financial assistance. As everyone knows, Kolton loves his family: partner Brooklyn, his 2 year old son, Pryce, and they are expecting another in July.
On April 4th, Kolton was in a motocycle accident in Calgary. Kolton is currently in the ICU with life threatening injuries and is expected to be in hospital for a long time while he recovers. He sustained critical injuries to his liver, heart/aorta, punctured lung, kidneys, ribs and a compound fracture to his right ankle among other internal injuries. He has already undergone several intensive surgeries to his internal organs. It is expected that he will require several more surgeries before he can begin his road to recovery.
He is still in critical condition, and is currently receiving round the clock care from a dedicated team of medical professionals at Calgary Foothills Hospital who are doing everything they can to ensure that he is on the best road to recovery.
It is expected that Kolton will be recovering from his injuries for 1+ years before he will be able to care for his families financial needs again. This will be a long rehabilitation process. In order for Kolton to heal and focus on his recovery, funds raised will provide the piece of mind knowing that his family will not be brudened with financial commitments.
