Suddenly disabled 27yr old husband

I do not ask for help, especially from strangers, but I can't seem to work my way out of this problem. I'm a 25 year old mom of a beautiful 3yr old little girl and precious 3 month old baby boy. Almost as soon as I returned to work from my 6 week maternity leave, i had to rush my husband to the hospital. We thought he had just hurt his back but we were very wrong. They found a foot long blood clot running from his groin to his knee at the Dr's office, then the hospital discovered his blood sugar was over 600 and rising. At first he was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and the clot, given the appropriate medication and told her would return to work within a month. Until the appointment with a hematologist, who discovered he has type 1 diabetes brought on by an autoimmune reaction destroying the insulin producing cells in his pancreas, an enlarged liver, and what is called thrombophilia, which is where something is causing massive blood clots to appear all over his body seemingly over night. There are only a small handful of things that could be the cause of this in an otherwise seemingly healthy young adult and none of them are great, pancreatic cancer being the worst possibility. We are still waiting for test results to come back and tell us what is going on. He can not work with his health in this shape, his blood sugar is still out of control in the 4-5 hundreds and ab A1C count of 12.7 and in constant pain from all of the clots. I am working 40hrs a week right now, with no other option than to leave him with the kids all day in hopes everything will be OK when i get home. I'm two months behind on our rent, which is 525 a month, since he has gotten sick it's been a juggling act of keeping the lights and water on and paying rent. I'm not asking for much I just need enough to get caught back up on rent, with that help I will be able to get back on top of everything. It breaks my heart to have to ask for help, I've always managed to keep things under control. Anything anybody could spare to help me keep a roof over these babies heads would be more than appreciated. I would be eternally grateful and would never forget it.
