In a 2018 Gallup poll, 57 percent of self-identified Democrats said they have a positive view of socialism. Less than half said they view capitalism positively. For the first time in history, more people one of America’s two major political parties believe socialism is better than free markets and individual liberty, and the results are even worse on college campuses. This should horrify you!
Socialism is the world’s most dangerous idea. When followed to its logical end, Karl Marx’s socialism destroys individual liberty, eliminates most forms of private property, and cripples entire economies. Tens of millions of people around the world, from Communist China to socialist Venezuela, have died at the hands of brutal regimes attempting to create a Marxist-Socialist utopia.
If we’re going to stop the rise of socialism in America, we need to act now!
That’s why I, along with a team of other pro-liberty, free-market young people, have joined together to launch StoppingSocialism.com and a book, titled Socialism Is Evil: The Moral Case Against Marx’s Radical Dream. Our website is full of important information about the dangers of socialism, and it’s aimed at reaching America’s youth and the general public.
StoppingSocialism.com and the many articles our authors have written in leading publications like FoxNews.com have already reached tens of thousands of people, and the website has even been endorsed by leading conservatives like Glenn Beck, Michelle Malkin, and Stu Burguiere.
But if we’re going to make the impact we need to stop socialism in America, we need your help!
I’m a leading writer in the young conservative movement. I have been published hundreds of times in major digital and print publications, including The Wall Street Journal, New York Post, Forbes, FoxNews.com, Newsweek, and National Review, among many others. My writing has also been featured or discussed by the White House, The Rush Limbaugh Show, Glenn Beck Radio Program, the Fox News Channel, The New York Times, Drudge Report, and Newsmax, which named me one of “Top 30 Republicans Under 30” in 2017.
I know how to reach young people because I am a young person, and I am passionately committed to defeating socialism. But I can’t do it without your support. In order to reach young people, I need funding to advertise StoppingSocialism.com, videos, and other projects we’re working on to teach people about the dangers of socialism. (I don’t earn a nickel for StoppingSocialism.com or my book. Every penny goes back into making our project bigger and better!)
With $30,000, our long-term goal, we believe we will be able to:
1. Create more than 4 million impressions
2. Get more than 500,000 video views
3. Help more than 100,000 new people visit StoppingSocialism.com
4. Earn 100,000 Facebook fans, an important part of continuing to drive traffic to the project after the initial money is spent.
Our short-term goal is to raise just $1,000 for this project.
