The fraud is so outrageous and disgusting and the victims are so financially and mentally damaged that they become incompetent to go on.

This fraud has been going on in the past 10 years and as outrageous as it is, it's also very well organized and considered to be a corruption base feed by pensioners and widows, il or healthy, working class people's life savings.
