Stop Urban Sprawl!

Save Orange County, Inc. (SOC) is a grassroots organization that is fighting to stop urban sprawl in Orange County.  SOC is fighting a legal and political battle to TAKE BACK Orange County from developers, dirty politicians, and lobbyists. We are not against development! We support SMART growth which we define as development that improves citizens' quality of life. We are fed up with congested roads due to over development.  We are fed up with wildlife having no where to go. We are fed up with our schools being over stuffed with kids. We are fed up with the lack of safe routes for pedestrians and bikes. We are fed up with LOCAL POLITICIANS representing BIG MONEY and failing the people.  Ask yourself..."Why does Orange County continue to build more and more when our infrastructure cannot support the current population?" Then look at the campaign donations of nearly every politicians on the board of county commissioners and you will have your answer.  "Follow the Money trail!"
