STEM at All Souls

With the growing emphasis on technology and engineering in classrooms, All Souls Catholic School would like to facilitate your students' desire for creating and exploring. As we're evaluating new ways to build on our students' science and mathematics skills, we will first start with the use of products such as: LEGO Simple & Powered Machines, LEGO WeDo Robotics, and a 3D printing software.

We’d love to implement these STEM lessons into our extracurricular activities, and eventually school curriculum because studies show that when students experience hands-on learning, the lessons make a lasting impact. In order to provide the proper guidance and structure for this type of program, we will be sampling these products by creating an after school club for our 5th-8th grade students. Our long term plan, based on feedback and support, is to integrate these products and lessons into the Technology curriculum.
