Stella to Battle ABQ City Clerk
Spende geschützt
Stella needs your help! A legal fund is needed to present the, more than, 175 Qualifying Registered Voter Signatures that were Rejected by the City Clerk of Albuquerque.
Stella Padilla for Mayor Campaign collected and submitted more than 4,000 signatures, and met the 3,000 required Qualifying Voter Signatures for placement on the 2017 Mayoral Election Ballot. The Office of the City Clerk determined that more than 175 Albuquerque Voters signatures were not valid.
Access To The Mayoral Nominating Petition Process by disqualifying voter signatures from the city Clerk’s flawed, incomplete and failed vetting process has taken the right away from you; THE VOTER.
An Audit was performed by a Private Investigator on behalf of Stella Padilla 4 Mayor at the Bernalillo County Clerk’s office via a monitored, public computer portal using the same software that the Albuquerque City Clerk’s Office used.
The Stella Padilla 4 Mayor Campaign’s audit found Stella Padilla qualifies and should be placed on the 2017 Albuquerque Mayoral Election Ballot. Stella is going to Battle ABQ City Clerk In A Historical Court Case.
This is dirty politics maintaining "business as usual". We filed a complaint challenging the city clerk vetting on nominating petitions. We are entering unchartered territory as the outcome will set precedence in the great city of Albuquerque.
We pray to the court for an order of reinstatement be granted and place Stella back on the ballot. Let the will of the people decide as a flawed system and processes the City Clerk is using will disenfranchise the voters of the great City of Albuquerque.

It's the cream of the fight
Rising up to the challenge of our rivals
And we are ALL the last known survivors - Eye Of The Tiger.
Check out our video of some of the interactions between us and the city clerk.
