Sponsored hair cut for Uganda

Donation protected
When I was four years old I was diagnosed with A.L.L leukaemia, a cancer of the white blood cells made in bone marrow. After two and a half years undergoing chemotherapy and a lengthy battle with the disease I was officially declared cancer free on July 4th 2016. From diagnosis to moving to the UK at thirteen, my family ran a charity called the Be A Star foundation in Florida. We raised millions of dollars in aid of families affected by cancer in less fortunate situations than us. I have since spent my whole life trying to raise awareness and help children in the most desperate of situations, who would otherwise be helpless and alone. This time is no different, I aim to raise £13,000 to help children in rural Africa who are nothing if not courageous and determined to turn their lives around and make an impact of their own onto this world. Just as I did 7 years ago, I am doing a sponsored haircut, where all proceeds will go towards a youth development project in Uganda that my boyfriend Alex and I will run over the course of four months, and my hair will be donated to The Little Princess Trust; a trust that uses donated hair to make wigs for children affected by hair loss from an ongoing battle with cancer. I will be cutting 15” of my hair off, and any and all donations no matter how small will be gratefully received and I can assure you that we will personally ensure that your generosity WILL make a considerate impact on the lives of children who are unfortunate victims of their own circumstances.
