Urgence !!!

Notre association est confronté aujourd’hui à des difficultés financières pour embaucher Vivian suite aux décisions du Gouvernement qui a demandé à Pôle Emploi de geler les financements. Vivian qui devait signer un Contrat aidé CAE/CUI dès le mois de septembre 2017 avec notre association, doit patienter.

Supports d’emplois précaires, ils ne sont évidemment pas un idéal de long terme. Cependant, ils représentent un soutien non négligeable pour des personnes au chômage depuis de longs mois, voire de longues années à reprendre le chemin de l’emploi et accéder à des formations, tout simplement retrouver un travail.

Les contrats aidés demeurent également un outil important pour les associations comme la nôtre déjà soumises à l’asphyxie financière. Cette décision unilatérale pourrait nous priver de recruter Vivian, indispensable à notre développement et fonctionnement. Déjà largement fragilisées financièrement par les baisses récurrentes de subventions, nous devrons renoncer à des projets pourtant vitaux pour les habitants et les territoires.

Bonjour à tous.
Nous sommes une association loi  1901 à but non lucratif qui se nomme "Action Chômage 82", dont l'objectif est d'accompagner, écouter et aider les personnes qui sont au chômage ou dans une situation de précarité.
Nous agissons depuis plus de 22 ans à Montauban dans le Tarn et Garonne en France.

Notre approche de demande de dons nous permettrait de recruter en CDD un jeune bénévole de 19ans qui contribuerait activement au développement de notre structure. Cependant, nous manquons de ressources suffisantes, c'est pourquoi nous faisons appel à vous et à votre générosité pour contribuer à son recrutement et pour lui permettre d'obtenir un emploi, d'acquérir de nouvelles  compétences, expériences pour de futurs emplois à venir et de ne pas perdre cette chance que nous pouvons lui apporter de rentrer dans la vie active.

Retour sur le passé difficile de notre jeune bénévole Vivian.


Dès l’âge de 11 ans, il est placé en famille d'accueil car sa maman était physiologiquement dans l'incapacité de l'élever et son père ayant quitté le foyer au bout d'un an.
Il n'a jamais vraiment connu son père qui faisait des apparitions très espacées et de ce fait il a été confronté très tôt aux dures réalités de la vie.
Adulte avant l'heure, il s'est occupé de sa petite famille, de son frère handicapé placé en établissement spécialisé et en famille d'accueil.
Cela ne l'a pas empêché de suivre des études et d'obtenir un BAC en Sciences Technologie  de l'Industrie et du Développement Durable.
Aujourd'hui,  il souhaite le rapprochement familial de son frère et de sa petite sœur placée également en famille d'accueil.
Il a rejoint notre association fin décembre 2016 dans le cadre de sa recherche d'emploi et très vite s'est intéressé au fonctionnement de notre association en participant aux divers ateliers.  Il anime depuis le mois de janvier l'atelier du "Groupe de Parole". Il est également engagé à la Croix Rouge locale de Montauban où il donne de son temps à l'aide alimentaire.
Cela ne fait aucun doute pour nous, Vivian a une fibre sociale et une grande volonté d'aider les personnes en souffrance,  de les accompagner dans leurs démarches de recherche d'emploi,  mais pas seulement, il prend aussi le temps d'écouter et il est attentif à leurs demandes sans porter de jugement.
Il aime se rendre utile et accepte volontiers des responsabilités comme par exemple de s'occuper du suivi des réseaux sociaux, de notre site et de la mise à jour des moyens de communication de l'association.

Étant toujours en recherche d'emploi depuis octobre dernier et au vu de ses qualités et de son implication dans notre association, nous souhaitons pouvoir l'engager au poste de chargé de communication, ce qui lui permettrait de  s'intégrer dans la vie active et de redynamiser l'association.
Ce CDD est un CUI-CAE, le seul contrat d'insertion (CUI) associe des informations et / ou un accompagnement professionnel pour son destinataire et une aide financière pour l'employeur.

Il vise à faciliter le recrutement des personnes ayant des difficultés à trouver un emploi. 70% des salaires sont donc pris en charge par Pôle-Emploi et les 30% restants sont pris en charge par l'organisme. Les 8 000 € représentent les 30%,  ce qui correspond ainsi aux charges comprises et à une partie du salaire. C'est pourquoi, si nous atteignions cette somme, nous pourrions créer ce contrat.

Hello everyone.
Us are association law of 1901with goal nonlucrative which names actionunemployment 82, the purpose of which is to accompany, to listen and to help the peoplewho are with unemployment or in an unstable situation and we have acted for more than 22years with Montauban in the Tarn and Garonne in France.

Our approach of request forgift would allow us the recruiting in CDD of 19years a voluntary young person who contributesactively to the development of our structure. However we miss basic, this is why we callupon you and your generosity to contribute to its recruiting and also to allow him to obtain future employment with the experiments which it will obtain throughout its contract.

Back on the difficult past of our young volunteer Vivian.

At the age of 11 he was placed in a foster family because his mother was physiologically unable to raise her and her father had left the home after a year.
He never really knew his father who made very wide appearances and thus was confronted very early to the harsh realities of life.

Adult before the hour, he took care of his small family, his disabled brother placed in a specialized establishment and in host family.
This did not stop him from studying and obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Sustainable Development Technology.

Today, he wants to bring his brother and his little sister in a foster home together.

He joined our association at the end of December 2016 as part of his job search and very soon became interested in the functioning of our association by participating in the various workshops. Since January, he has hosted the group of the Word workshop. He is also employed by the local Red Cross in Montauban where he donates his time to food aid.
There is no doubt about it, Vivian has a social fiber and a great willingness to help the suffering people to accompany them in their search for employment but not only, it takes the time to listen and it is attentive To their demands without passing judgment.
He likes to make himself useful and willingly accepts responsibilities such as taking care of the follow-up of the social networks, our site and the updating of the means of communication of the association.



being currently still in job search since last October and for its qualities and of its implication in our association we wish to be able to engage it what would enable him to finally be able to be integrated in the working life and of redynamiserour association.
This CDD is a CUI-CAE, the single contract of insertion (CUI) associatesformation and/or professional accompaniment for its recipient and financial aid for the employer. It aims at facilitating the recruiting of the people having difficulties in finding an employment. 70% of the wages are thus dealt with by pole employment and the 30% remain are with the resposability of the organization. the 8000€ is it is 30% which understands the wages as well as the loads understood at theyear. This is why if we reach this sum we will be able to set up this contract.


This young person come at the beginning for an accompaniment and a help to find an employment  integréting himself in association while becoming adherent and voluntary very active.Many ideas and changes have were brought thanks to him. He in addition Co-animates our group of speech (of its own initiative) with theseproper ideas and the members are satisfied with its animations and return regularly to the group of speech of Thursday.
