Sostieni la difesa degli animali e del pianeta

*ENGLISH TEXT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE* Anonymous for the Voiceless è un’organizzazione senza scopo di lucro nata nel 2016 in Australia e ora presente in oltre 1000 città nel mondo, antispecista, antirazzista e antiomofoba, apolitica e apartitica, areligiosa, non violenta e inclusiva. Rifiuta ogni forma di violenza, di fanatismo, di aggressione fisica e verbale. Scopo dell’associazione è la difesa dei diritti e l’abolizione di ogni forma di sfruttamento degli animali (compresi gli esseri umani e la loro salute) e la tutela dell’ambiente. Persegue questo obiettivo mediante eventi pacifici nelle strade in cui vengono mostrate riprese delle normali pratiche di sfruttamento degli animali che possano sensibilizzare le persone e stimolarne la riflessione e proponendo agli interessati ulteriori risorse di approfondimento. Sono organizer di AV nella cittá di Padova, una delle pochissime cittá (se non l'unica) italiane in cui la Questura censura i video che proiettiamo perché ritenuti troppo scioccanti per la sensibilitá del pubblico...ma non dovrebbe rientrare nella giustizia (anche per loro tutela stessa e del pianeta in cui tutti viviamo) far sapere alle persone quanto scioccante sia la veritá che gli viene invece troppo spesso nascosta? Ad ogni modo, non ci siamo arresi e abbiamo pensato di proporre dei video alternativi, meno scioccanti e piú informativi, riportanti testo da leggere, tra dati e informazioni da fonti autorevoli. Per migliorare l'efficacia di questi video ho deciso di acquistare dei televisori, essendo che abbiamo avuto modo di testarne la maggior efficienza in termini di impatto sul pubblico durante i nostri eventi. Qualsiasi contributo riusciate ad offrire sará ben accolto e contribuirá al miglioramento della qualitá dei nostri eventi e all'acquisto di nuove attrezzature per coadiuvare l'attivismo su strada. ---------------------------ENGLISH------------------------- Anonymous for the Voiceless is a no-profit international organization born in Australia in 2016. It is now widespread through more than 1000 cities across the world. It is antispeciesist, antiracial, antiomophobic, apolitic, not-religious, non-violent and inclusive. The purpose of this organization is to promote abolishment of any form of exploitation of animals (humans included) and environmental protection. In order to achieve this objective, peaceful events are being regularly organized in which volounteers on the streets show to the audience videos of animal exploitation, sensibilize and grant sources of information to people who show interest, giving them the chance to get deeper in details about this topic which affects the whole planet. I am currently an organizer of events for AV in my hometown in Padova, which is one of the few cities (possibily the only one in Italy) in which police apply censorship to the official videos that we are supposed to show to people, as they repute them too shocking for the audience sensitivity. But i ask myself: is this justice? Should it not be their right to get to know and see that cruel reality that too much often is hidden from their eyes? Anyway we didn't give up and decided to create some alternative "less cruel" videos with loads of info that would need bigger screens in order to be seen by a bigger audience. So i decided to buy some tv screens that could help improving the visual impact on people during our events. Any donation you can afford to give will be very appreciated and will help our activism group to promote this cause at its best and provide new material for future events.
