I have been a part of the gaming industry for over 15 years, starting by cleaning up the comic shop for cash to support my Pokemon habit, to being a part of an organization that runs premier events on a national scale.
Everytime I take a break from the business, I find its call to be too strong. I've always tossed around the ideas of what I'd do differently if the decisions were mine to make, and thanks to circumstance and help help of some good friends, I have the ability to make that a reality.
The money we raise will be used for a two main things:
1) Swag - we like giving away stuff, and this will help us get an assortment of things to give away to our customers and players.
2)Inventory - we like games, you like games, and we'd like to offer the best assortment that we can. This will help in several ways.
I look forward to providing a place for people to enjoy the games and community that I have come to love. Words alone could never express my gratitude for anyone who even takes the time to consider contributing to making this dream a reality. I hope that everyone reading this will stop by and enjoy what we're building.
