Hello there! We are Skinny Kitty Teahouse, a Burning Man theme camp and community based in Northern California. We provide tea, entertainment, and a comfy oasis to rest your bones on the playa. We put months and months of hard work and love into our camp to provide these gifts for the Burning Man community. We love giving our gifts to the citizens of Black Rock and want to keep it up and do more!
Can you help us out? Your donations will support:
— The Crystal Ship, the chillest art car in the universe
— The Thursday night SKT party, renowned across the playa for many years
— The Saddle Tent, which the Internet says is the second best place to sleep on the playa if you don't have a tent (Center Camp was #1)
— The Teahouse, providing a dazzling variety of mind-blowing teas at all hours
As a special present, people who donate $25 or more will get a 2015 Skinny Kitty Calendar covered with scantily clad sexy people. Do you like those? We like those.
Every year, we rely on dues from our beloved campmates to fund our art, tea, party, and infrastructure. Every year, a few generous campers must fill in the blanks to put it all together. This year we could use some extra help and are reaching out in order to continue being awesome for YOU!
If you are a citizen of Black Rock City, if you've sampled our tea, loved our cats, napped on our couches, danced with us, cruised the playa on the Crystal Ship, or simply want to support the spirit of Burning Man, we would greatly appreciate your donation. Any little bit helps!
