Sister in need of housing help

As we all know, that once a person has served a prison sentence there are significant barriers to employment and housing.
We recently announced an event for formerly incarcerated women here in Florida and I was contacted by a sister who had served time with me, saying that she wanted to attend, but was in a rather difficult situation. She is about to be homeless because she couldn't pay for another week in a hotel and doesn't start with a temp agency until next week. My goal is to raise enough funds so that she doesn't have to worry about housing for the next 3 weeks and is able to focus on working through the agency in order to get enough to be better prepared for the future rent.
What we do in a sister's moment of distress could mean the difference in going back to doing whatever to survive, to giving renewed hope and faith that together we can pull each other up and encourage her to go farther in the right direction.
I decided to start this GoFundMe to see if you all would join me in being my sister's keeper b. Will you? I'll start the giving with the first donation of $50 and if you can, match me. If not, give what you can because it is all appreciated!
