Single Grandmother with lupus raising 4 gandchildr

I am a single Grandmother who was diagno with lupus nephritis, at age 29 now 55 years old. I have been raising my 4 paternal grandchildren, for 4 years now. The mother totally abandon them and the father is struggling with substance abuse since his 2 back sugeries . He comes around occasionally to see his children. The children  Joey, Destiny, Natalie and Nicholas now range from 5 to 9 years of age. I am on social security disability I have my own home and land and would like to build an addition . I have 2 bedrooms and the kids are getting bigger and I need more space.  It's been a struggle financially and I do tin work and bake to make ends meet, but am always tired and now my hands are getting inflamed from the lupus and it's hard to do these things. It's been a struggle physically, emotionally and financially, but I love my grandchildren . I also would like money to be able to hire some one to help care for them, Take to therapy , with homework , housework etc. I can't afford to flare up . My grandchildren need me. I have pleaded for help with my grandchildren from the maternal grandparents who will only see them occasionally and only at their liesure.  Pleasel help me help them . 4 children are alot to give them the time and attention they deserve. It's a challenge with Nicholas 5 years of age who is in speech therapy I would love to have more individual time to work with him on his speech at home .
