Round 2 - Carla and I are adopting again! LinLin (Billy) is an extremely bright, kind, cheeky, and loving 13 year old boy that desperately wants a family. This exceptional boy has cerebral palsy, and we want to afford him every opportunity available here in the U.S.
We are trying to raise money to cover fees and expenses as quickly as possible because of the time frame that we are working with because he must be adopted by age 14. We may travel as soon as August to make his and our dream come true!
