Once upon an online dating site, in the magical land of San Diego, Shane and Michelle began their fairytale romance… After a week of online conversations, which upgraded to text messages, Shane visited Michelle at work.
Michelle was a ball of nervous energy as Shane arrived to meet her.. She glanced out the window to see his big, lifted truck turning at the light. Acting busy and nonchalant, she waited to look up until he entered the bar. Shane took a step in the door and as their eyes met, they experienced love at first sight.
Shane visited Michelle the next night, and as she walked him out to say goodnight, they shared their first kiss. Nearing hyperventilation, her customers asked if she was alright…
“If he texts me first, he just felt that too”. Seconds later, Michelle received a text from Shane, saying only, “Whoa…”. And so their journey together began.
Shane surprised Michelle with an engagement on Valentine’s Day. A traditional, sunset walk on the beach, turned into a foggy and drizzly, romantic proposal, shared by the two. Their life grew together as Shane took the biggest step of his life, and moved in with Michelle & her two daughters. Their commitment to bettering their future together developed as the couple began focusing on the positive. They both quit smoking, and Michelle committed to stop drinking. Michelle recently has earned her Insurance Brokers license, the girls are attending an Arts Academy, and Shane is now studying for his contractor’s license!

Anyone who has been around us for more than five minutes, knows we are meant for each other. We encourage each other to be the best us we can be, we have tremendous love and affection for each other, and want the best for our amazing family! We are excited to start on this new chapter in the story of our lives together!!
We have moved up our wedding date, are concentrating on our careers, and focusing on family. We are hoping that you will support us as we start this new part of our journey.
