Shamrocks & Oil Slicks

I am a professional writer, author of Waiting for an Army to Die: The Tragedy of Agent Orange; Scorched Earth: Legacies of Chemical Warfare in Vietnam; and other works of nonfiction and fiction. Currently working on Shamrocks & Oil Slicks: A People's Uprising in County Mayo, Ireland. I have been to County Mayo once to interview people, and need to return for an extended period of time to work on this book. I have a book contract, but no advance money. My request would cover travel to and from Ireland, lodging in a hostel, transportation in Ireland, and food.
