Sergio's Memorial Fund

It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of Sergio Quintanilla, one of Carving Room's staff and family members. Sergio always had a smile on his face, a sunny disposition, and his personality was one that always made his coworkers feel great. Carving room is better for having known him and lucky enough to have him as part of our family. 

The Carving Room would like to help the Quintanilla family and all contributions are welcome and very much appreciated. 

Sergio ended each shift with an excited "manana" - always looking forward to tomorrow. Sergio, we love you and will miss you.
