Send attorney Alice Griffin to Delaware!

Hello and welcome!   I am Jay Senese, a holder of Escrow shares.   

Our friend and colleague, attorney Alice Griffin of New York City, has been working behind the scenes for months on our behalf.

Alice writes: "Preparing the Objection was quite an effort (about 200 hours over the past two months); and there’s still much work to do before (and including) my appearance before the court next month.

Hiring qualified bankruptcy counsel was out of the question.  First, there was the matter of time.  I simply was not comfortable waiting to get this issue before the court.  Second, the best firms are conflicted.  Third, the firms that aren’t conflicted either are afraid that if they participated they won’t get business from the players in future or they simply wanted too much money for very little.

Accordingly, the entire burden fell on me and a financial contribution would be greatly appreciated.

Alice is headed to Wilmington Delaware on April 22, 2019 to represent thousands of former shareholders.   She is acting 'pro se' and is spending her own money for her travel expenses.
