Scotty, Jenna, Brayden & Baby Jake

My brother Scotty and his amazing wife Jenna, were blessed with a second baby on December 5, 2016.  Baby Jacob, little brother to 4 year old Brayden,  was born 3 months early weighing just 1.5 lbs.  Jacob has overcome a heart repair, eye surgery, but still requires more surgery and  his lungs are still struggling even with the help of a ventilator.    We all had hopes he would be on his way home by now, but his recent setback has left him stable but requiring 100% oxygen and high vent settings again.  
Scotty and Jenna have about an hour drive each way to Nashville's Tri Centinial Women and Childrens Hospital and the medical bills are trickling in.  Any help for them would be truly appreciated. Thank you!
