Scott's Medical Bills

This is my cousin, Scott Conn Evans.  He is 47 years old and has been married for almost 20 years to the wonderful Alison Evans.  Scott has an aggressive stage 4 kidney cancer that is rapidly spreading.  He has chosen hospice over chemotherapy.  

Scott is unable to work and the bills are mounting up. Alison is out of sick leave time, so when she needs to take Scott to medical appointments, etc. her wages are docked.  You get the picture.
