Help us pay our house off early

I do not like asking for help but do to recent events with my family over the past 6 months our Bills have taken a huge hit that might leave me homeless very soon so I am despirtly asking for help.
We are buying a House on Contract from the owner (Contract for Deed)
We agree to buy this house for $30,000 + 5%
The owner filed an eviction noticed stating that we are $8000 behind in payments.
We went to court over the Eviction today (July 19-2017) after the Judge order us to be removed from the property in 6 Weeks My mother and her came to a new agreement. The Judge removed the Eviction but did reward her over $4000 in the Judgment. Plus our payments.
But if we get behind again we will be evicted. which is why I am asking for help to get the house paid off really fast.
Some History that brought us to this point
First I want to point out that it is Me (33), My Brother (32) and my Mother (60) now we are all on SSI.
My mother (60 Years old) has : Venostatioin Ulcers on the back of her Legs and she is unable to walk with out a walker and there are days she can not walk at all. In Dec my mother was hosptlized then moved to a Nursing home for 3 months. She was released from the Nursing home on March 31st
In March my Dad was hospitlized for major headachs. It was discovered at the End of March that he had Brain Cancer. He was given at first 5 years then 2 years, then 2 weeks from the time we were first told he had Cancer to May 1st (The day he Passed away) He lived 5 Weeks
My mother and dad were not legally married do to some legal issue they had to get a divorce and they lived together for 20 years.
When he died we lost his income which set us back a lot.
Do to all of this we got behind in our payments for little over $1400.
But you might ask why $4000 if we are $1400 behind.
Well during the year of 2015 the owner of the property paid the property taxs before they were due and did not give us time to pay them. And in 2016 the owner paid them again, with out our knowlage. But we owened her these
Do to the Taxs and the $1400 we are behined we must pay her $400 a month + $50 on the back pay.
The Judge orignal gave us 6 weeks to be out but we worked out a new deal.
So I am asking for $20,000 to hand the lady because with the back pay added on plus the taxs. We must now pay her more then the orignal asking price.
We have 7 Cats who we have had from the moment they were Babies. 2 of them are 10 years old each. 3 of them are 2 years old and the other 2 are 1 years old. No place in our area rents to any one with Animales
And they are part of the family.
The House also is in needed eof a lot of repairs also which I included with Pictures if you check. Many of the items needing repaired were there before we agree to buy the house and was not told about.
1. The Foundation around the house is cracking which we were not told about. In fact till we sent someone into the basment we did not relized the foundation is cracking (Not pictured but can get picutred if you like to see)
2. The Celling in the kitchen is falling down. We were told a new roof was put on the house but it turns out the owners were lied to by the contractor instead only a patch job was done also. (Picture below)
3. The Master Bedroom leaks all the time. You can not really tell from the pic but the dark wood is from the rain poring down on the wall. (Pic below)
4. The Honing (sorry my spelling is bad) got damged thanks to a Storm. I would like to replace it. But I am not adding it to the cost needed to repair (Pic Below)
5. The Living room leaks. Its hard to see were it has leaked at but it leaks in the conor of the wall. The Discolored area is do to someone try to paint the celling but never fiished it. It might be because of the leaking but I am not entirly sure (Pic Below) I am not considering it Major yet. so its not inclued in the amount need for repairs
