Hello Family & Friends,

I didn't wanna be too upfront about this, but, I believe the truth will set me free.  Free of the debt thats attacking me at the moment and forcing the possibility of my son and I becoming homeless. I believe you can help me stop this so that he doesn't have to experience.


I find myself in this situation, not because or irresponsiblity, but because of a recent damage to my car.  The damage kept me out of work as an Uber driver for some time.  This caused hardship in taking care of household and other expenses.  I've tried to maintain it all, and even gave up some things which I considered luxuries, i.e: cable and others.

Now, I'm two months behind on rent and face the possibility of my only stable income producer (my car) being repossessed as well.

[Update: (8/11/17) Car just repossessed, looking into a new solution for work.] 

I'm not the type of person who finds it easy to ask for help, so this is very difficult for me.  I have yet to tell my 11 year old son about these problems in full detail, as I don't want him to worry.  Anything you can help with will help to catch up on the rent and the car note.

I don't consider myself anymore special than you, and I know in my heart that if I received a link like this from you in your time of need..., I'd answer the call in a heartbeat.

P.S.: Getting my car back would be the start to recovery.  I would be able to continue driving for income and pay any upcoming rent. So, thank you for helping to make this happen.
