Save My Mom's Home!

I need help to save my mom's home.  My Mother Kitty Caulfield had an aortic valve replacement in 2010 to save her life and give her quality of life. In October 2014 we found out that she had to have a "plug" put into the valve as the mechanical valve was pulling away from her heart walls causing the valve to "leak" This was a large expense to go to Denver and have this procedure. In November the procedure was completed and a success. But mom is now unable to return to work. December 13, 2014 my mom's world was rocked again with the unexpected passing of my dad John. With his passing my mom's income was eliminated.  My dad served 20 years in the United States Navy.  My daughter and I am currently working Federal Government to recover the his pension. But it is only 55% of what they were receiving. Without my husband's pension she will be unable to make my house payment. Our family is truly blessed with what we have and we are grateful. But I am asking for help for my mom. She has lost so much in the last 3 months and to be able to keep her in her home that Dad and her worked so hard for would truly mean the world to her. I know loosing her house is not the end of the world. Prayers are always appreciated. Any avenues I can persue to help reduce her mortgage payment are appreciated.
