Save Sonoma's Historic Horse Farm

I am trying to raise money for the Blue Wing Adobe Trust so they can buy Mission Bell Farms, a historic horse farm property that is   over 100 years old and is right in downtown Sonoma.  It is called Mission Bell Farms because it is right next to Mission San Francisco Solano, which was built in 1823.

It has a big beautiful main barn with the horse stalls, a pasture, and a very old house.  I love go and see the Clydesdale horses because they are so big and gentle.

If they do not raise enough money to buy the property, the barn and house will get torn down, lots of houses will be built there, and sadly there won’t be any horses there anymore. 

This is important to me because it is part of what makes our town unique. Every time I see them it makes me happy.   If they tore it down, I think our town would never be the same.  Sometimes the carriage comes down our street, and my brother and I run out to see it.

It is a really old farm and not many towns have horse farms and ours is historic. It should NOT be torn down. It would make me very happy if you donated. If you donate at least $10, I will send you a set of hand drawn horse postcards.  Thank you.
