Welcome to My Page.
My name is Michelle, I live in the UK and I am partnering with an organisation called Save Omwana Africa.
Save Omwana Africa became a registered Community Based Organisation {CBO} in the Lugazi municipality in the Bulkwe district of Uganda in 2015.
It was started by Fred Sserutega in 2012 because of his Christian concern for the Orphans and Widows in the villages around Lugazi.
It is providing shelter, food and education for growing numbers of children and widows and help is given to the widows to develop their natural craft skills producing beaded work for sale and so becoming self-sufficient.
My desire is to raise funds for this work as money is desperately required to provide food and medicine and carry out repair work on the building they are using.
It means so much to me to be able to partner with Fred in his work as he shows so much love and care to so many people and asks for nothing in return except for people to believe in him and the work he is doing.
