Save Gardom Pond Legal Fund

The residents of Gardom Pond on North Pender Island  are asking for a full stop to the decommissioning of the dam.

We are asking for a full review of all options and a full proper public consultation to begin.

West Coast Environmental Law has agreed to review our application for legal aid on an emergency basis. While this certainly will help, this legal aid does not cover the full cost of having legal representation.
