Saul's Super Sobriety Challenge

In April 2019 I will be doing a dry month.  That means no booze, none, nudda, zilch for the entire month of April. For anyone that knows me, I love a beer or whiskey especially a few but now and again we all need a break from routine. Going sober will give me time to reset the batteries and readjust my own mental health.

Lately, I have been drinking to cope with and lessen my anxiety. My life has been a bit of a rollercoaster this year and sometimes it's easier to reach for the bottle than to reach out for help and support. I recognise that this is not a healthy coping mechanism and I want to change that.
I am fortunate that I have an amazing support network of family and friends but not everybody has access to such kindess.

That's why I want to raise money for a cause close to my heart Beyond Blue. They are an amazing organisation that provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live.

Your incredible generosity and support is very much appreciated. I'll be the first to admit that it's going to be a huge challenge but for those who suffer from a mental illness day in and day out,  they are doing it much tougher. Help me make a difference.
