Keep My Family Together

I have lived in the United States for the past 20 years. I have three children who need me here. I have a few legal options left to continue my life united with my children. Please help me keep my family together.

I have paid $28,000 in legal fees since 2010, and owe another $10,000 to my lawyer. My lawyer said a recent supreme court ruling can help dismiss my deportation proceedings.

People who come to the United States should become citizens based on the content of their character, not how much they can pay lawyers! The immigrant community needs your help to keep families together. Since 2010 I have been fighting for immigrant families, getting laws like the unconstitutional "Show Me Your Papers" law repealed here in Colorado with the organization I founded, SOUL.

I couldn't do this important work without you. Things are truly desperate for my family now with the government taking a hateful turn towards immigrants like myself. I believe in this nation is a place where immigrants can escape poverty and violence by working hard, it is something I have done for the past 20 years. Please help keep my family together so I can take the next step.
