San Diego Creatives COVID-19 #RentRelief Fund

San Diego has a talented community of creative professionals (musicians, poets, DJs, artists, dancers, etc.) whose livelihoods are primarily based on wages, tips, and merchandise sales earned in public/live settings.

Due to venue closures, event cancellations, and stay at home orders, many of these people are experiencing enormous financial burdens. The goal of this fundraiser is to help ease some of the hardship of lost income from the cancellation of scheduled gigs or performances due to Coronavirus/COVID-19 precautionary measures.

Donated funds will be utilized in the following way:
Any San Diego-based creative professional may submit (1) relief request for an expense/bill totaling up to $1,000. Requests will be processed in the order they are received, and funds will be dispersed as they become available. The campaign goal will be adjusted based on number of requests received.

If you are a San Diego-based creative professional being impacted by the Coronavirus and need support, please submit a request using the form below. While we can not guarantee assistance to every applicant, we will use every dollar raised (less bank processing fees) to help as many applicants as possible.
