Telecom Mast - a Legal Challenge

We are trying to fund our legal case to the next stage. This has become urgent as we have to meet the deadline of 31st January 2017. Already we have put a lot of time, money and effort into holding off the Telecom corporations for one & a half years. Our local C of E Church is planning to house the mast and we feel this is against Christian ethics as well as the main issue which is damage to our health, deterioration of the environment and harm to wildlife, birds, bees, trees, flowers.
We seek to protect the health and lives of all but especially mindful of the damaging effects on the children living in the vicinity as well as the vulnerable and sick.
We urge the implementation of the Stewart Report, i.e. the Precautionary Principle.
The church's application for "change of use" to house the mast (a "Faculty") has been approved but we have appealed to the Chancellor and now have to appeal to the Dean which is costly (£366) See Table 2 to see costs and the level we are at, but also we would need to get a Solicitor to advise us as we go forward. We have a Solicitor waiting in the wings. In order to have them onboard we need a minimum of £480 for them to look over our case. We really do need expert advise at this stage if we are going to have any hope of defending our case.
We feel we have a unique standing as we have 12 years of research as well as information never before revealed about masts in a court of law.

The resolution we seek is for the Church to urge Parliament to implement an Inquiry into the safety of telecom masts and thereby gather all up-to-date scientific evidence (including Independent i.e. non-corporate research) as well as acknowledging the omissions and errors brought to the table but so far denied a hearing.
We aim to change it all......but only with your help.
