Charlie McGovern's medical fund

My dear friend Charlie can really use some help. He has given up his adult life and career opportunities to care for his mother. He has always put his mother and his friends first and never asked for anything in return EVER.   He was hospitalized for 3 days and now the medical bills are pouring in.  He was diagnosed with severe sixth nerve palsy which causes his eye to turn inward, Diabetes and high blood pressure.   His present employer does not have paid sick days and he is unable to work .  My friend needs any donations to help with the medical bills,  prescriptions, future doctor appointments which cost $250.00 a visit and a reliable car to get him and his mother to the doctors.  Now for all of you that dont personally know charlie, I have been best friends with for the last 32 years. He comes across as a tough guy but when you get through that hard exterior he is a teddy bear.  Once your his friend its for life.  No matter what time of day or night he will be there for you and give you the shirt off his back.  If only everyone had a friend like him this world would be a better place.
