Help community rebuild home & hope

Help rebuild a home and support a mid-Tacoma community. A home in our neighborhood was recently taken over by drug addicted, drug dealing, stealing from the neighborhood squatters. The owners Rose and Bob Nelson had no rights under the current law to evict and/or call upon the Sheriff to force them out of her home.
Our community came together to support them and our neighborhood, gathered together for watch hours, vigilant monitoring and persistent communication with our Sheriff’s office. During this time the home was being destroyed, garbage scattered on the property and electric bills rising, All of which the homeowners are responsible for.
Although the illegal squatters are now gone, the devastation remains. It is now time to clean up, repair and restore our community. Please help assist with the necessary costs burdening the homeowner. We, the community, are still working together and will offer our time, energy, resources and skills to rebuild and repair the home, property and faith.
Every donation is appreciated and will be used wisely. In addition, supportive action to change our current laws protecting criminals over law-abiding citizens is needed.
