Fighting for a Son and a Brother
My name is Karen Gagliano and I am a victim of Parental Alienation. As such, I have not seen or spoken with my son in 9 months. My daughter also has not seen or spoken with her brother during this time. For those of you who are not familiar with Parental Alienation, it is real, and it is far more widespread than has been publicized. It tears apart many families and emotionally abuses the child, tearing him from a loving relationship with the alienated parent and siblings, often for the rest of their natural lives.
I am seeking funds in order to retain my attorney; the goal amount is the minimum required. He is highly specialized and experienced in fighting Parental Alienation cases. I would not normally call for aid in such a manner as this, yet while reluctant to do so I know that without assistance I cannot make the required goal amount, and without his representation the likelihood of losing my son becomes far greater, as many even in the court systems know little of this subject. So, without the aid of an experienced attorney, it is even likely that I will not see my son again.
Children that are the victims of Parental Alienation are taught, being brainwashed over time, to hate one parent. They are indoctrinated into this way of thinking by the perpetrating parent, the alienator. The goal of the alienator is to completely eliminate the other parent, and often siblings, from their child’s life. In order to accomplish this, the alienator often uses friends, community members, and any means available. They are typically very clever in aligning themselves with people that will help them with their cause. Over time, this pattern of conscious, directed, and manipulative yet subtle abuse, destroys the loving relationship that child has with the victimized parent and siblings, and of course being victimized themselves, it also leaves a child who once had a loving relationship with both parents, with only one – the one of course who orchestrated, and perpetrated the abusive and wholly unfair scenario upon both the child and the other parent.
When such a situation exists, without quick action and intervention many children who are abused in this way are never able to reconnect with their alienated parent and siblings. It is a terrible thing, wrought out of the emotional needs of one person, perpetrated abusively and mercilessly upon all others who are involved. Most importantly, and certainly most sadly, perpetrated upon the children themselves who are involved.
And so it has come to be that, regrettably and most reluctantly, I now must ask for your assistance. Please donate any amount that you can to help me secure my attorney. If you are not able to donate, this is of course understandable. Yet even if this is the case, then perhaps you could at least please forward this request, and GoFundMe page, to as many people across the world as you would deem suitable and appropriate.
