My brother Robert is back in the hospital.
After the initial treatment in late 2014, early 2015, he was OK for about a year, there were no signs of disease. After he was declared in remission, we did a whole bunch of interesting things together in 2015, including going to Australia for a Make a Wish Foundation trip.
Unfortunately, this weekend Robert got flu like symptoms, and it was discovered that his Leukemia is back. This is a huge hit on our family, and we are really shocked by this news. Would you help Robert? At age 15, Robert will go through two more rounds of chemotherapy in Golisano Children's Hospital in Syracuse. After those, he will absolutely need a bone marrow transplant. This will take place in Philadelphia after the chemo treatments. My sister and I have a 25% chance of being a good match, and we’ve already provided samples for testing.
