Book Promotion/Reunite with mom

My name is Jeffrey M. Thompson Jr. I am an American living here in the Philippines doing my best to raise two young children. Some time ago I was scammed out of my life savings and as it stands my visa has expired and I cannot leave until all the fees and penaltie are paid.
It is difficult for a foreigner to make a living here. Especially since I have no work permit andI barely speak the language. I ahve two wonderful children to support.
But I have a plan. I am an author of mystery and suspense and I have written a novel entitled "Thirteen Years of Dust" which has been picked up by GenZ publishing. I am grateful for the chance they are giving me, however I have to keep up my end of the bargain as well. The publishing house takes care of all formatting, editing, printing and most of the marketing at no cost to me (this isn't a vanity press, it is a legitimate publishing house), however I do have some responsibility in the matter. I too must promote my own book as most authors must.
As I have stated, I live in the Philippines. I do work, but I earn around 13 USD a week working 15 hours a day, 7 days a week. My last day off was Christmas and my next day off will be Christmas. 13 USD a week is barely enough to survive. My son, Siddhartha, will be starting school in June and my daughter Lily Ann is still in diapers.
I need to raise 600 USD to purchase authors copies of my book and visit various bookstores to promote my work. This book is the first in a series of detective stories starring Duke Bradley, Private Eye. So I need to get the word out.
The royalties from the sales of this book and the one's following are going for my childrens education and to get my visa fixed so I can return to the United States and see my mother again. I miss her. I really miss her. As it stands I'm stuck here until I can get this all straightened around and that takes cash.
I will be extremely grateful for any amount. Please help with what you can. You don't know how I want to see my kids go to school and for me to beable to hug my mother again.
