Deanna Taylor Medical Fund

At the end of August Deanna was diagnosed with Stage 4 bone cancer, which has spread. Their are spots showing on her liver, lungs, as well as the lining of her brain. This is Deanna's second fight with this terrible disease. In 2012 she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She fought through it and in 2013 was cleared of cancer. She still has lots of bills from her previous illness, and the medical expenses are starting to pile in again. We are seeking treatment at one of the best Cancer Research hospitals; Sloane Kettering in NYC.  As you can imagine between medical bills and travel expenses this is putting a burden on her that she should not have to worry about. Unfortunately current treatments have her very weak. Her home is not very accessible and we will need to begin looking at ways to make it easier for her to be transported to and from her appointments. Any help to offset these expenses are appreciated.

Deanna is a strong, caring woman who has always cared for those around her. She is a wife, mother of 3, grandmother to 9 and Great Grandmother of 4. Many may also recognize her smiling face from the Weis store in Mill Hall.

Her family wants to make her as comfortable as possible so she can focus on fighting this terrible disease and not worrying about the associated expenses.
